Our Partner is one of the fastest growing company specializing in direct-to-customer e-commerce for electronic products. Due to the dynamic growth of the company, we are looking for a Head of B2B Sales who 

will develop B2B sales in Europe. 

Wymagania

You will be: 

- Managing the work of a B2B sales team (including the implementation of assumptions and sales targets, measurement of work, development of employees)
- Co-creating and implementing omnichannel sales development strategies
- Acquiring new business partners and maintaining business relationships with distributors on the European market
- Coordinating implementation of the new products
- Preparing of tender bids and negotiating business terms
- Initiating and undertaking activities aiming at maximizing sales results
- Taking control over the course of transaction documentation
- Representing the brand at trade fairs in the country and abroad,
 

We expect You to have:

- Proven experience in managing and building highly effective sales teams
- Skills of building partner relations with a business client
- Experience in the sale of products from the new technologies industry
- Knowledge of the latest tools and good sales practices
- Highly developed negotiating skills
- Experience in warehouse management at external distributors (VPM)
- Good level of English 
- Can-do attitude
- Independence and good organization of work
- Availability and readiness for occasional business trips
