As part of our Client team, you will have the chance to shape a modern and secure ecosystem of solutions needed in reality exposed to more frequent and serious attempts to take over sensitive data.
You will operate within Business Process optimization projects for banking institutions, operating in the national and international market.
- Design new Bank's Credit Monitoring process
- Monitor relationships with the key stakeholders
- Support the Country Manager in business development activity and in managing relationships with key potential clients to identify up and cross-sell opportunities
- Play an active role in pre-sales activity and offering shaping
- Deal with Business Process Projects, Digitalization and Customer Journey Projects, Change Management activities
- Work in the international context
- Monitor goals and results through the company standard financial tools and practice
- Proven experience in project management in the credit field with strong focus on process, strategy optimization, data, risk and digital.
- Outstanding internal/external customers’ relationships experience with a consulting approach
- Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent. International profile of the degree will be considered a plus
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative and contribute to the company’s success
- Interested in frequent travelling
- Fluent in Polish and English is a must
