For our Client we are looking for a HR Advisor. You will be part of the global business team and support the delivery of high-quality HR services. You will embrace processes and experience growth by developing new ways of working. In a daily collaboration with HR Business Partners and the Business you will deliver an exceptional service to support the entire HR strategy plan.

Requirements

In this role you will:

  • Support Business Group by providing an excellent data management
  • Deliver pragmatic service through comprehensive supervision over formalities
  • Ensure control over employees and managers queries in accordance with the high standards
  • Take on daily challenges of caring high-quality conduct of HR processes
  • Be the part of the team which support the on-going strategy and development of HR

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm :)
  • Experience in HR area
  • Very good knowledge of English and German
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools and ease in the IT literate
  • Very well-developed communication skills
  • Good understanding of employment law would be an asset
