Our partner is a Fin Tech start- up which operates globally but R&D hub is based in Poland Silicon Valley, Cracow. Their flagship product is a platform that allows customers to make a money transfer safe and secure, even if you do not have any access to your bank account or internet connection.

We are looking for a skilled Office Manager to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that the office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.

An excellent Office Manager is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills.

The goal is to make sure that the office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.

Requirements

You will:

  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Assist in vendor relationship management
  • Create and manage of a document repository
  • Organize events and integration parties 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, “back-office” and accounting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent level of English (C1)
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
