We welcome skilled Senior AP Accountants who would like to bring expertise and robust ideas to their R&D centre, where your voice matters.


You will:

  • Ensure payments are made as per the agreed payment timetable. 
  • Ensure all payment runs are correctly validated and approved before being upload and transmitted.
  • Ensure that systems and procedures are kept up to date.
  • Understand working capital and cash flow communicating any issues with the wider finance function.
  • Verify and post PO and non PO invoices.
  • Perform vendor payments.
  • Manage vendor enquiries.
  • Run month end closing reports.
  • Manage AP related documentation.
  • Resolve AP related issues globally in line with the Service Level Agreement.


  • Deep understanding of P2P process - especially AP. 
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting.
  • Excellent spoken and written English (B2+/ C1) language skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Being able to work within tight operational deadlines and priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
